Medical disclaimer

Prescription medicines

  • Products marked Rx are prescription medicines and are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued to the patient by a registered medical practitioner.
  • Our pharmacist checks every prescription. We may ask for more information and may refuse or cancel an order if a prescription is not valid, is unclear, or does not match the order.
  • You confirm that the prescription you upload is genuine and belongs to the person who will use the medicine.

Import rules in your country

Rules on importing medicines differ from country to country, and some medicines cannot be imported into some countries even with a prescription. You are responsible for checking that you can legally receive the medicines you order. We do not ship to countries where we know an item cannot be delivered legally, and we may cancel such orders.

Orders and prices

  • An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email after the prescription check.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are not included and are paid by the recipient.
  • If a product is out of stock or a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Photos are for illustration. Packaging and pack sizes can change between batches from the manufacturer; the medicine and strength will match your order.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying the medicines you order as described. We are not responsible for the outcome of treatment, for use that is different from what was prescribed, or for delays caused by customs or couriers outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
